Kent Rapp joined Grant Cooper following nearly 20 years of experience in domestic and international general management, marketing, and sales. He served with a variety of Fortune 500 and privately held consumer products companies, and financial services organizations. Kent’s search practice focuses on executive level positions across all functional lines in commercial and industrial companies, business and financial services organizations, healthcare, and an extensive list of not-for-profits.
Drawing from his experience growing consumer brands and businesses, Kent partners with organizations to build potent executives teams which position clients for success in the near and long term. Identifying the perfect blend of functional skills and cultural fit is the essence of a successful placement, and Kent strives to unearth the most impactful change agents for his clients’ organizations.
Kent holds an AB Degree in Economics from Brown University and an MBA in Marketing, Finance, and Management Policy from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. Kent is active in the community and serves on the President’s Advisory Council on Athletics at Brown University, the Board Leadership Team at Sherwood Forest, a member agency of the United Way, and the Board of Mary Institute St. Louis Country Day School.
