As an experienced search consultant, Julie has built executive teams across functional areas at leading organizations. She is passionate about partnering with founders, boards, investors and other key stakeholders to deepen the impact to their organizations. With an unwavering commitment to success, Julie has completed more than 100 client executive recruitment engagements. She is a member of the firm’s consumer, industrial, financial, healthcare and not-for-profit practices.
Julie brings a successful track record in talent recruitment, revenue growth and operational efficiency. She led cross-functional teams, strengthened consumer experiences, and managed the profitability at PepsiCo, Campbell Soup Company and ConAgra Brands. In addition, she directed global teams to advance strategic initiatives at Build-A-Bear Workshop and managed branding at Ralph Lauren in New York.
Julie holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and BS Degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Engaged in the community, she serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for MERS/Goodwill and as a Business Mentor at Washington University’s Olin Business School.
