Dale Meier’s extensive search practice has involved the strategic recruitment of C-suite executives, general managers, and functional leaders across a vast array of disciplines. He has undertaken projects on behalf of Boards and Search Committees, and his client relationships reflect a high ratio of repeat assignments with an exceptional list of references. Dale’s focus continues to be directed to the industrial, technology, and supply chain sectors, with ongoing involvement in healthcare, government, and non-profit.
Throughout his 30-year career as an executive search consultant, Dale has represented Fortune 500 companies across the nation, as well as a diverse cross-section of public and private mid-cap and small-cap businesses. He has completed search engagements throughout the US including challenging projects for state and local governments and placed candidates in rural and remote communities. Dale has published articles and presented papers on best practices and the executive search process, and creative work on career change strategies for senior executives. Dale’s early experience was in professional sports, education, and academic consulting.
Externally, Dale has served as a member of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters, the Human Resources Management Association of Greater St. Louis, the Society for Human Resource Management, the American College of Counselors, and the American Vocational Association. His board memberships and advisory relationships have included university foundations, regional health systems, and several academic, religious, and community service organizations.
Dale earned a BS in Marketing and an MA in Counseling Psychology from Southeast Missouri State University, where he has been recognized as an Alumni Merit Award recipient.
