Grant Cooper is an executive search firm and collects a variety of personal data necessary to provide such services. By submitting your information to Grant Cooper, by whatever means, you indicate your willingness to disclose this information to Grant Cooper and to be considered, when appropriate, for one of Grant Cooper’s confidential employment searches. In order to present you as a potential candidate to potential employers (Grant Cooper clients), your personal information may be shared with clients and/or transferred between Grant Cooper’s worldwide affiliates, subsidiaries and licensees.

By choosing to provide Grant Cooper with your personal information you indicate your willingness to share and have your information stored by Grant Cooper, transferred between Grant Cooper’s affiliates, subsidiaries and licensees and to be considered, when appropriate, for one of Grant Cooper’s confidential employment searches. If you object to your information being shared and transferred in such manner or if you do not wish to participate in this service and benefit from the executive career searches that Grant Cooper provides, please do not enter your personal information into the website. You authorize us to share your Personal Information with all of our clients that we deem appropriate to provide employment search services.

Your personal information may also be used anonymously and in the aggregate in order to put together industry, marketing and employment statistics. Used in this matter, your personal information becomes non-identifying. Grant Cooper may monitor IP addresses for security purposes, trend analysis, website administration, user movement tracking and broad demographic information gathering for aggregate use.

Opt Out

Users who visit any of Grant Cooper’s websites or respond to any of Grant Cooper’s marketing programs who no longer wish to receive information from Grant Cooper may opt-out of receiving such information by sending an opt-out request to communications@grantcooper.com. Grant Cooper may use third party email lists and third party advertisers to present information to potential clients. Grant Cooper will only use opt-in lists for this purpose. Users who may want to opt-out of a specific list where they have received information about Grant Cooper should opt-out directly with the list owner. If there are any issues in opting out with one of these sources, please notify Grant Cooper at communications@grantcooper.com and provide the name of the email list; we will contact the third party on your behalf to have your name removed.
