Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Vice President of Treasury to oversee all funds and securities of the corporation. HSHS is a health care delivery system comprised of 15 hospitals and an integrated physician network across Illinois and Wisconsin. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President of Treasury will be accountable for all funds and securities of the corporation. Responsibilities include maintaining banking arrangements for receiving, holding and disbursing the corporation’s monies and securities; maintaining accurate financial records; monitoring and analyzing the financial status of the corporation and its affiliates; liaising with investment consultants, financial advisors, investment bankers, money managers, banks and other financial institutions; maintaining control of central investment funds of affiliated corporations, securities, and restricted capital funds; ensuring current and accurate tax-exempt status; and other related duties.
- Master of Business or Healthcare Administration required with a concentration in Finance preferred.
- Certified Treasury Professional designation preferred.
- Ten years or more of healthcare financial management experience required.
