PeaceHealth has served the Pacific Northwest since 1890 when two Sisters of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace and their lay colleagues built St. Joseph Hospital in Fairhaven, Washington, to care for loggers, fisherman and their families. PeaceHealth Medical Group is a multi-specialty medical group offering primary and specialty care to the Northwest. Their medical group’s 800 plus providers are as diverse as the communities they serve. However, they have the most important things in common: promote personal and community health, relieve pain and suffering, and treat each person in a loving and caring way. As an executive physician leader of PeaceHealth Medical Group, this position works closely with community medical directors and VPs/Directors, to lead initiatives and performance in the assigned network. This position has both system level and network responsibilities. This person is responsible for contributing to the development of system-wide standards, strategies, and objectives for operational, financial, and clinical performance that align to PeaceHealth Medical Group’s mission, vision, values, and strategic goals. Collaborating with the community VPs, Directors and Medical Directors, this person is responsible for network operational, financial, and clinical strategies provides network medical group leadership, and aligns the network with the identified system standards and objectives.
- MD or DO from an accredited school.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare, with at least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a large multi-specialty medical group.
- Experience in implementing evidence-based protocols into clinical practice.
- Experience in multi-site, multi-specialty medical groups and integrated delivery system
