Knapheide is privately held manufacturer with annual sales exceeding $250 million, and is engaged in wholesale and retail sales, final assembly/integration, and distribution of capital equipment. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the ongoing growth of the business. This includes participating as a member of the senior executive team in M and A/integration activities and working closely with JV relationships and strategic alliances formed with leading companies in the US and Europe. Responsibilities will involve planning, developing, implementing, and directing marketing programs across the company to support sales growth and achieve corporate objectives involving the company’s products and services.
- Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, or related and an MBA is preferred.
- Candidates should have fifteen years’ experience, to include proven skills as a visionary as a marketing manager in an industrial products company.
- Demonstrated qualifications in developing and executing marketing plans and programs, and playing a leading role in pricing strategies to support sales and profit objectives.
- Experience in working effectively on a cross-functional basis with senior sales and engineering executives.
