Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, this position will serve as a key member of the leadership team and provide feedback, ideas, and solutions which will improve short-term operations and build capabilities to enhance long-term strategic organizational performance. The selected finalist will serve as a strategic business partner to the senior management team to impact all levels of the organization, and partner on a variety of Human Resources initiatives, including succession planning, talent management, employee relations, and compensation.
- BS/BA degree required, MBA/MS degree is desirable.
- SPHR certification is desirable.
- At least ten years of progressively more responsible leadership background in Human Resources management, organizational development, talent management, succession planning, and related in a business environment is required.
