This position will play a transformational role in HR management with responsibility for directing all of the people functions across the SAK enterprise. The selected finalist will be responsible for organizational development, including talent management, proactive and strategic recruitment and retention programs, and organizational/succession planning, to assure the company is provided with the best talent available to achieve “World Class” status. Continuing and projected growth of the organization requires the development of staffing strategies and implementing plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the corporation for positions of responsibility. The new HR Leader will serve as a strategic partner with the Chairman and President, and will build a strong and unique recruiting program to find appropriate and effective external sources of candidates for all levels within the company.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree is preferred.
- SPHR certification is desirable.
- At least ten years of progressively more responsible leadership background involving human resources, organizational development, talent management, succession planning, and related in a business environment is required.
