The entity is well managed, has enjoyed sustained growth, and has been consistently managed on a financially successful basis.

Position Overview

This position is accountable for directing home and community-based operations including the hospice, home health, and private duty components, and for assuring compliance with state and federal regulations. With current revenue accountability for approximately $8 million, this individual will be tasked with strengthening and growing the business.


  • Candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree with a Masters (MBA or MHA) preferred.
  • At least ten to fifteen years’ progressive management experience and/or training in health services is expected.
  • Minimum of ten years of home health and community based management experience, including broad involvement with marketing, patient/customer care, and staffing.
  • Experience in accounting, improvement of billing and collection procedures, and systems development and administration.
