Position Overview

Norton Healthcare seeks the System Vice President for the Norton Heart and Vascular Institute. This leader will have direct accountability for operational oversight and program volume growth of the Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Pulmonary and Vascular service lines, as well as oversight for Adult Transport Services. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with leadership and stakeholders to establish priorities and create targeted initiatives to support growth, cost reduction, quality improvement and high satisfaction scores that are aligned with NHC’s mission, vision and values.

Qualifications

  • Five years of healthcare administration leadership at the executive level, or, for clinical leaders, three years healthcare administration leadership at the executive level and two years of clinical leadership experience.
  • Master’s Degree required.
