U.S. Medical Management, LLC (USMM) provides comprehensive management, administrative and support services, and has specific expertise in physician house call medicine. USMM provides the back office support for VPA and its corporate infrastructure provides the resources and technology necessary to serve an array of health care markets, providing excellent, and continuous medical care. USMM has also developed and owns several allied health properties which assist in the provision of home-based primary care and furthers the value and efficiency of house call medicine.

Position Overview

The Senior Vice President will oversee all aspects of VPA operations, including house calls, laboratory, and radiology/diagnostics. This role will organize and direct all functions to meet growth, profitability, quality, and compliance goals, working as a liaison with all divisions of USMM to develop multi-departmental programs designed to foster a comprehensive care approach. Additionally, the Senior Vice President will develop new business initiatives, provide top-tier strategic counsel, maintain and deliver outstanding client service and grow VPA’s business and visibility in the community.

Qualifications

  • 10 or more years of operations, administration, and management experience in healthcare, preferably in a home-based healthcare setting or multi-site medical group.
  • Demonstrated understanding of patient care management and ability to manage a successful operating infrastructure in a service-oriented, multi-site setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
