The Senior Vice President of Sales – PBM for Envolve and AcariaHealth will direct, strategize, negotiate and handle sales related activities for the organization. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Sales and Account Management, the SVP of Sales will work closely with the product development, marketing and RFP teams to extend sales to managed care plans and direct to employer groups externally while managing a team of employees. The successful candidate should be an expert at building a sales pipeline of external managed care plan sales and direct to employer sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or health related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Ten or more years of sales and sales management experience in PBM/Specialty Pharmacy, employer or commercial health plan markets, with concentrations in PBM and Specialty Pharmacy Sales.
- Demonstrated experience in selling to managed care plans with 50K+ members and direct to employer groups.
- Must have a current state driver’s license.
