Position Overview

Reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise Innovation, the Senior Director of Innovation and Commercialization will drive development and commercialization of new and innovative solutions to introduce to the markets. Working within a team environment, the successful candidate will be expected to operate as an internal entrepreneur, using funds allocated to support pilot initiatives for programs being considered, as well as commercializing, growing and scaling thriving projects company wide. Candidates should have product development and new product launch experience and will have experience working in the healthcare industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field. Master’s degree strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of product development or innovation experience, in the healthcare payor or provider environment.
