We are seeking a Plant Manager for the Durant, MS facility. The Plant Manager will provide proven, strong leadership to support the company’s dynamic volume growth, as well as the increasing complexity of product offerings and manufacturing operations. The Plant Manager will understand the business, both operationally and financially, and will have ownership of the P&L for the Durant facility. The Plant Manager will drive a continuous improvement agenda and possess the vision and leadership to revolutionize the shop floor using Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies.The Plant Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Durant facility and leadership of its resources. The selected candidate will be a proactive, goal-oriented leader capable of working independently and in team environments and will lead and coordinate all plant activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Technical or Business Management, or a related field and a minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in complex manufacturing operations.
