Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an Executive Director for its Neurosciences Service Line.
The Executive Director of the Neurosciences Service Line is responsible for the development and management of the largest Neurosciences program in the state of Georgia. Functioning in a physician dyad relationship and partnering with PHC hospital Neuroscience operational leaders, this role will develop and execute the system-wide strategy for Neurosciences and ensure consistent and effective management of clinical and business operations across the Piedmont Healthcare System. Additionally, s/he will serve as the senior administrative leader for the service line and collaborate with entity leadership to provide direction and leadership to achieve superior clinical and patient/family care and optimal business performance. This leader will oversee and analyze data to drive quality throughout the service line. S/he will develop and implement strategic planning initiatives while developing internal and external relationships to maximize the service line’s effectiveness and facilitate problem solving across organizational units that support services provided.
- A Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field required. A post-graduate degree in Healthcare or Business Administration is preferred.
- 10 or more years of professional work in roles with progressive responsibility, including experience in strategic program development, service line management, or related area in a healthcare environment.
- Experience in Neurosciences service line management preferred. Strong working knowledge of healthcare industry, ability to think strategically, and experience in business development and growth.
