The Department of Medicine at the USC Keck School of Medicine in Los Angeles, CA seeks a lung transplant faculty member to join a busy and growing program.  School of Medicine of the University of Southern California is seeking outstanding applicants for a full-time clinical faculty position in the Lung Transplant Program in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. The Lung Transplant program is a growing program with strong collaboration with the Division of Thoracic Surgery.

Candidates must be board certified in Internal Medicine, board certified or eligible in Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care, and eligible for licensure in California. Successful candidates will have strong clinical skills (both inpatient and outpatient) providing care for lung transplant patients pre- and post-operatively, as well as competence in all facets of critical care and pulmonary medicine.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • MD, Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
  • Able to obtain full, unrestricted licensure to practice medicine in California.
  • Depth of training and experience in all aspects of patient care related to pulmonary transplant medicine.
