McLeod Health is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to oversee operational excellence across the integrated system. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the COO will work closely with physicians, employees, and the leadership team to shape a culture focused on patient safety and clinical excellence, that garners national recognition.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Administration (MHA).
- Ten years of progressive leadership experience with increasing responsibility in the healthcare environment. Strong physician relationship history and experience with progressive operational leadership responsibilities.
- Strategic management experience with documented outcomes of success.
- Experience with quality improvement with demonstrated results in the service, clinical and operational domains.
