Once a strong slate of candidates has been constructed, we facilitate interviews with each candidate. We schedule travel, compile interview materials, prepare candidates, and speak with you and the candidate to gauge impressions, determine interest, and select a finalist.
Once a finalist is identified, we work with you and the candidate to remove obstacles, assist in the negotiation process, and build consensus among stakeholders. After an offer is extended, we continue to work with you and your new placement to ensure a successful transition.
