Our Process

Grant Cooper is committed to our clients’ continued success. Two of our managing partners lead and manage the search process from the initial client meeting to the search’s conclusion — there are no handoffs.

Kickoff

Recruiting

Our recruiters actively seek exceptional candidates through networking and extensive research. After initial screening, candidates are appraised by our managing partners who speak with you regularly to weigh emerging candidates and ensure a perfect placement.

Interviewing

Once a strong slate of candidates has been constructed, we facilitate interviews with each candidate. We schedule travel, compile interview materials, prepare candidates, and speak with you and the candidate to gauge impressions, determine interest, and select a finalist.

Closing

Once a finalist is identified, we work with you and the candidate to remove obstacles, assist in the negotiation process, and build consensus among stakeholders. After an offer is extended, we continue to work with you and your new placement to ensure a successful transition.
