A Social Media Screening Checklist for Employers

Social media screening can be a valuable tool for recruiters, hiring managers and employers alike, as it provides a unique insight into a candidate’s personality that might not be gleaned during the interview process. The decision whether to use social media to screen a potential employee is weighed differently by every organization, but there are several key factors to use in determining the right path. This checklist provides the pros and cons, as well as considerations to keep in mind throughout the search for the perfect candidate.
